In the latest round of PC Mag’s ranking of printers abased on client satisfaction levels, Brother, Xerox, and Epson shared the top spot with an overall score of 8.4 out of 10. The readers’ choice survey involves not just low-end economy machines but also high-end professional printers.
Outside the top spot, Samsung comes in at number two with an overall level of satisfaction among PC Mag’s readers at 8.3. It is followed by Canon (last year in the top spot alongside Epson and Brother) with 8.2 and HP, also with a rating of 8.2. Dell was ranked fourth with 7.6, and the top five was completed by Lexmark, with 7.4. The average level of user satisfaction for printers was 8.1
